Diverters



Diverter Valves are used to meet the pneumatic conveying industry’s requirement to re-route powder, pellets or granules from one convey line to another with minimal pressure drop. They are equipped with high-efficiency seals to cope with pressures found in both dilute phase and dense phase conveying systems. The route selection is usually effected using pneumatic or electric actuators.

CIP Capable Diverter

Sanitary Diverter Valve for Powders and Granular Products

  • Single channel diverter valve
  • Conical design for easier dismantling
  • Available in sanitary and wet cleanable CIP versions 
  • For installation in gravity pipes or conveying lines at pressures up to 5 barg.

Main Features

  • Pressure Range: 5 barg (73 psi) system and differential pressure
  • Operation Temperature: -20°C up to 100°C
  • Application: Suitable for fluid group 2 according PED (fluidgroup 1 on demand)
  • Seal Configuration: Elastomer seal, tight clearances between rotor and housing in CIP version
  • Material: Stainless steel
  • Surface: Product-wetted parts Ra = 0.8µm

2-way Diverter

Main Features

  • Available in sizes from 2″ up to 12″
  • Pneumatic actuated 2-way Diverter Valve for vacuum or low pressure (Dilute Phase up to 15 psig max.) conveying systems
  • Inlets and Outlets available in Tube and Pipe sizes in Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Carbon Steel
  • Positive Blade Lock (PBL) between blade and cylinder rod
  • Internal magnetic piston, cushioned air cylinder
  • Polished stainless steel blade
  • Active Compression Seals (ACS)
  • Light weight aluminum body construction
  • Temperature rated for up to 82°C (180°F)
